The majority of our projects are negotiated Construction Management (at Risk) or as a General Contractor delivery model.We'er typically involved with the preconstruction process of most projects. Collaboration in the early stages helps to create a cohesive team with one goal; creating a realistic and attainable budget for the project. Breiholz Construction field staff believes that hard work is intrinsically virtuous. You will find our craftsmen are respectful and dedicated. Our field staff includes members of the Carpenters Union (106) and the Laborers Union (177). Our carpenters are known for being meticulous craftsmen.
