J. Uno & Associates, Inc. (UNO) is a Hawaii-based cost engineering and estimating firm founded in 1989. As a small disadvantaged business (SDB) with a team of sixteen (16) experts, UNO provides peace of mind and confidence to clients through cost awareness and management across the Pacific and Continental United States. UNO estimators travel around the world for site visits and charrettes in order to fully understand project scopes, present insight on cost, and inspire solutions that achieve client goals. The firm’s estimators have attended over 150 hours combined advanced training for Success Estimator and MCACES/MII Cost Estimating Programs. Mr. Uno, Firm Principal, is LEED AP BD+C Accredited and actively participates in Sustainability and Value Engineering in relation to building design and construction.
