For Teachers By Teachers LLC (FTBT) is a small, for-profit education company that designs and delivers online, self-paced professional development for K–12 educators nationwide. Founded and led by experienced classroom teachers, FTBT creates practical, classroom-focused courses that help teachers and school staff meet state and district professional learning requirements, earn graduate-level non-degree credits through university partners such as UMass Global and CSU Pueblo, and implement high-impact instructional and classroom culture strategies that improve student engagement and school climate. FTBT currently serves thousands of educators across multiple states and large public-school systems through flexible, fully asynchronous learning.
