Farm and Forest Hawaiʻi LLC, established in 2021, is owned and operated by Lester Gebin, who brings nearly 20 years of hands-on conservation and land management experience across Hawaiʻi Island. The company specializes in ungulate-proof fence construction, feral animal control, invasive species management, and conservation consulting. Since its founding, Farm and Forest Hawaiʻi has installed over 10,500 feet of fencing and conducted weed control on more than 50 acres for public and private clients. Current work includes a 3-year DLNR contract for ungulate control and monitoring at Manukā Natural Area Reserve. Lester’s background includes 17 years with The Nature Conservancy managing 10,000+ acres of native forest, with training in herbicide application, bird surveys, heavy equipment operation, and culturally sensitive site protection. He leads a trained crew and provides hands-on project management to ensure high-quality, efficient results.
