Pacific Ohana Laulima LLC (POL) is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) whose members consist of Mentor, Core Tech International Corporation (CTI), and Protégé, GY6, LLC. GY6, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kīnā‘ole Foundation (Kīnā‘ole), which is an SBA-certified 8(a) NHO per 13 CFR 124.110. CTI, a former 8(a) entity and successful 8(a) program graduate, is the largest locally-owned constructor in Guam and brings over 32 years of experience in government and commercial construction projects.
