Minority- and woman-owned workforce development firm: tech sales (SaaS) training, upskilling/reskilling, career readiness, and job placement. The Tech Level LLC (Mableton, GA; est. 2023), founded by Kayla Burke, runs cohort-based and virtual programs preparing diverse, underrepresented candidates for technology-sales and business-development careers. Services span curriculum design, live coaching and mentorship, digital-skills and career-readiness training, apprenticeship and reskilling pathways, and employer placement. 300+ alumni placed at firms including AWS, Oracle and Salesforce. Serves federal, workforce-agency and commercial partners nationwide. Minority-, woman- and Black American-owned; on the SAM Disaster Response Registry.
