Rooted in HR Partners LLC (RinHRP) is an SBA-certified SDVOSB, WOSB, and VOSB providing HR transformation, HRIS/HCM implementation project leadership, and project/program management services. Founder Jacinta K. Johnson brings 20+ years of HR experience and has led or co-led three HRIS implementations with progressively greater responsibility, including serving as Project Manager for a multi-entity UKG Ready implementation. Capabilities include client-side implementation leadership, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, testing, change management and training, HR process improvement, organizational effectiveness, compensation and job architecture, benefits and retirement-plan initiatives, policy development, and compliance remediation. Platform experience includes UKG, ADP, Paycor, Paycom, Paychex, and Employee Navigator. RinHRP supports government, prime contractor, and commercial clients from assessment through implementation and stabilization.
