PSG is a financial advisory and consulting firm that provides three complementary services: 1) DEAL ADVISORY: we help clients prepare for and execute deals such as public-private-partnerships; privatization of state-owned companies, assets, or interests; and lender due diligence or loan reviews. 2) STRATEGIC FINANCIAL MODELING: we help clients with budgeting & forecasting; financial planning and analysis; and robust strategic alternatives and sensitivity/scenario analyses; and, 3) BUSINESS AND ASSET VALUATION: we help clients determine the market value of their assets, businesses, or business interests. PSG was founded in 2022 by a senior financial advisor with over 20 years of experience serving the U.S. government, between military service and corporate engagements. Prior to starting PSG, he led the financial advisory team at a Big 4 consultancy, where he directed engagements with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies throughout CONUS and OCONUS.
