Spearhead caseload management for individuals in order to deliver community based services for performing mental health intake assessments. Ability to evaluate clients'needs to design customized treatment and crisis plans to determine frequency of treatment. Ability to consult and or coach individuals and families who may be struggling with overcoming dependencies and adjusting to life changes by utilizing a holistic approach to mental health.
