Led by Dr. Kemnesia Hobbs, Ph.D., MBA, our team has over 15 years of human services and public sector leadership, including oversight of emergency operations serving 2,300+ individuals during COVID-19. Dr. Hobbs' doctoral research on homeless veterans, federally indexed in the DoD Military REACH database, drives our evidence, and data. MKP Group aligns programs with federal and funder priorities, manages complex funding streams, and guides organizations through operational transitions to maximize impact across public health, behavioral health, and community based systems.
