Resilience Alliance helps individuals, teams and organizations deal with disruptive change We believe that individuals can learn to understand, manage, and strengthen their own responses to change. In turn, this increased personal resilience helps organizations build resilient teams and nurture resilient cultures, which are crucial to executing change and achieving a competitive advantage. Through more than 20 years of research, study, and experience, we have identified a set of characteristics that help individuals effectively deal with disruptive change and have developed tools and training to increase resilience in individuals, teams, and organizations. We also train practitioners to help organizations build resilience, and provide tools and information for individuals who wish to develop their own ability to deal with challenges.
