First Class Consulting Group, LLC, DBA Rise From Grief, provides grief recovery services to individuals, families, and organizations. Led by Dinah Rainey, a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and retired Army officer, our evidence-based services are delivered with compassion and expertise. We offer online and in-person group sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs, including military members, veterans, federal employees, and their families. Our approach helps clients navigate loss, overcome emotional barriers, and rebuild resilience. We also collaborate with federal agencies and organizations to deliver grief training and support programs that foster healing and growth in workplace and community settings.
