Capabilities

Entrainment Counseling LLC provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services to foster resilience, healing, and personal growth. We support adolescents, students, cadets, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, gambling addiction, and relationship challenges. Our trauma-responsive clinicians deliver individualized counseling using evidence-based brain-to-body and body-to-brain approaches, including Brainspotting and Forward-Facing Trauma techniques. We also provide DOT Substance Abuse evaluations and counseling. Through individual and group sessions, we create a safe, supportive space that promotes self-awareness, emotional regulation, and purposeful goal setting, empowering clients to achieve lasting wellness and meaningful change.
