We offer New Building Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, Re-Commissioning, Ongoing Commissioning, and LEED Commissioning services. Other energy related services we offer are: Facility Assessments, Energy Audits, Energy Management, and Asset Management. is another of our core services. Systems that we primarily commission and assess are: Envelope (including: roof, wall systems, vapor and moisture barriers, etc), Mechanical systems, Primary & standby power systems, Interior & exterior lighting systems, Plumbing systems, HVAC controls & lighting controls systems, Communication systems, Laboratory systems, among others. We are also available for project management on small projects.
