We rely on our integrity and honesty. Best known for our reliability, transparency and organization. The owner, George Tunningly started a small company in 2004 on a shoe-string budget and a dream. The small growing company was forced to take demanding and dirty jobs other companies didn’t want to deal with. Those jobs have built this company and we still don’t shy away from them today. We have gained the wisdom and confidence to do some of the most difficult and challenging work that scare most companies away. The company was incorporated in 2009 as Empire Construction Group Inc. In 2009, we started working with West Central Community Action Council where we have gone on to weatherize over 250 residential dwellings under multiple federal and state funded programs.
