CRE is a certified SDVOSB entity that specializes in Strategic Foresight, Scenario Development, Change Management, and Leader Development (Mitigating low Employee Engagement, Culture Change, Process Design & Improvement, Conflict Management, and Strategic Communication). CRE has supported the USAF, the USDA, the US Forest Service, and several other agencies via subcontracting arrangements. CRE has developed conflict management strategies, led Leader Development efforts, implemented constraint-based improvement techniques within administrative processes, and has been instrumental in the amplified performance of supported organizations. In the private sector CRE has led Leader Development efforts, Foresight & Scenario development, etc.
