Core: DTC retail of clean, refill-forward systems; undertone-aware color; texture-inclusive hair routines; supplier qualification/COA collection; customer education and ritual design. Quality (pre-testing): No quantified or “clinically proven” language will be published until independent testing is complete; safety docs, COAs, and methods will be on file before any outcome-based claims.
