B2 Constructors is a GC firm providing services to government agencies using nearly a decade of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Project Management experience in multi-million dollar industrial projects. As a successful engineer and project manager, B2’s management is unique in that they have been a Project Manager for the owner as well as a Project Manager for the General Contractor. This has allowed the company to have experience from both sides of the table and fully understand the project full circle, whether it be scheduling, budgeting, conceptual design, engineering, design review, spec development, equipment procurement, issuing bids, bid review, contract negotiations, construction management, project management, T&C’s and successful completion and contract close out. Building on a successful history of Project Management in the role of Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager in Corporate America, B2 has its sights set on becoming a top echelon SDVOSB General Contractor.
