ADVANTAGE CONSULTING, LLC

Capabilities

Advantage Consulting, LLC is an Atlanta-based boutique consulting firm founded in 2008 by President Khurram Hassan, MPH, that helps nonprofit, government, and federal organizations plan, evaluate, and strengthen the programs they run. The firm provides strategic planning, program evaluation, community-based research, needs assessment, facilitation, and project management services, with a particular depth in federal grant evaluation aligned to funders like SAMHSA, CDC, and HRSA. Advantage Consulting operates as a small, senior-led firm rather than a large multi-tier shop: it generates $450,000+ in annual revenue across 15+ concurrent client engagements, works directly with agency and nonprofit leadership on every project, and has built a client base spanning federal agencies, Georgia and Louisiana state health and education departments, and foundations.
