Independent wildlife and habitat consultant available for small contract, subcontract, and partnership opportunities. Extensive familiarity managing flora and fauna focused projects on military, state, and private lands within the southeastern US. Plan and conduct baseline and due-diligence inventories including migratory bird point counts, reptile and amphibian surveys, anuran acoustic analysis, and wetland vegetation identification. Conduct population monitoring for listed and candidate threatened and endangered species, including gopher tortoises and red-cockaded woodpeckers (RCW). RCW Subject Matter Expert. Evaluate development projects for environmental compliance with NEPA. Can assist with wetland delineations.
