Vet Jet LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing non-patient medical courier service across the Tampa Bay / VISN 8 region, based in St. Petersburg, FL, about 11 miles from Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. We transport lab and clinical specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, medical records, and reusable durable medical equipment. We do not transport patients. Every shipment moves under documented chain of custody: an electronic driver app plus a paper manifest capturing signatures, tamper-evident seal numbers, timestamps, and condition at each transfer. Temperature-sensitive loads travel in rigid hard-sided coolers with NIST-traceable data loggers and dual-range phase-change refrigerant, in configurations validated under worst-case Florida ambient conditions. Category B packaging conforms to UN3373 / Packing Instruction 650. HIPAA and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens compliant. Owner-operated by a former Naval Aviator. SBA-certified SDVOSB effective 06/22/2026.
