TVC Construction is a State-Certified General Contractor founded in 2016 by Carlos Valera to provide clients with a positive experience and the utmost in construction quality and expertise. We offer a full range of commercial, residential, and industrial construction services, handling all types of projects from inception through completion. TVC started in this business as a Shell Contractor, so we self-perform work such as excavation, concrete formwork, reinforced decks, rebar installation, placing and finish concrete and rough carpentry. Performing this work with our own full-time employees guarantees higher quality, greater schedule control, and cost savings to the client. TVC Construction Corp. is certified as MWBE, S/E/WBE, DBE, SBE, MBE and are an 8(a) certified firm with the federal government through 2030.
