Trifecta Advising, LLC d/b/a Trifecta Strategic Solutions (TSS) is an Atlanta-based management consulting and research firm delivering Management Consulting, Research and Evaluation, Training and Technical Assistance, Administrative and Event Services, and Technology and Digital Strategy to nonprofit, public health, and government clients. We designed CE/CME-accredited provider curriculum, led nationwide surveys, and developed and managed a 12-week Community of Practice with individualized leadership assessments and partnership development for a federally funded TA center. Our team brings expertise across program design, quantitative and qualitative research, curriculum development, and multi-stakeholder partnership management. TSS teams with certified small businesses to meet set-aside requirements, and is expanding into federal contracting while continuing our commitment to nonprofit and public health impact.
