TriageLogic is a URAC-accredited, physician-led provider of high-quality nurse Telehealth services and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). Our company is founded by doctors. Ravi Raheja, MD directly supervises our clinical and nonclinical staff to ensure the highest and most consistent quality of care. Ravi also supervises the development of new products lines to increase ease of access to care. Charu Raheja, PhD works with our data analysis team to identify trends and update processes to improve patient outcomes over time. We use our innovative medical communication solutions and expertise to improve patient outcomes, expand access to care, and decrease healthcare expenses.
