The National Center for Equity and Agency’s (NCEA) network offers a comprehensive range of sexual misconduct and diversity & inclusion solutions. NCEA’s core competencies include retaining a diverse group of experienced subject matter experts, identifying sexual misconduct prevention and diversity deficiencies, and using strengths-based and culturally-humble thinking to find innovative and effective solutions. We design, develop, and implement processes for continuous improvement and decreased liability, as well as actualize educational initiatives and policy design that creates a foundation of integrity and trust and consistently exceeds goals to achieve our customer's mission and sustainable results.
