Founded in 2016, Smiley's Restoration & Painting Services is proud to be a nationally certified black-owned company located in Florida. We provide governmental, commercial and residential contracting services across the Southeast United States. Smiley’s RPS uses industry-best practices for continuous improvement and increased quality to meet our customers’ complex needs. Our team of painting professionals manage every project safely and efficiently, and provide our clients exceptional customer service. Founder Sidney Samuels is a first generation Black contractor with more than 20 years experience in his trade, and 10 years experience as a business owner. Under Mr. Samuels’s direction, the company has grown to be a well-respected contractor in the State of Florida. He has developed strong relationships through networking and community outreach.
