Saga IT is a Florida small business specializing in healthcare systems integration and interoperability. We design, build, and operate HL7 v2, FHIR, DICOM, X12, and C-CDA interfaces between electronic health records, medical devices, laboratories, imaging systems, and registries, and we engineer integration engines including Mirth Connect and the Open Integration Engine. We develop SMART on FHIR applications inside Epic and other EHRs, take medical device platforms live across hospital fleets, and build FHIR-based research data pipelines. Saga maintains OpenShare.health, a healthcare data gateway for direct organization-to-organization exchange of imaging and clinical data, and MirthSync, version-control tooling for integration channels. Federal experience includes subcontracts supporting NIH program offices, the DHS Section 508 program, and a CMS program website. Architect-led, US-based team, HIPAA-aware delivery under business associate agreements.
