We have been successfully doing General Construction Services, state and local governmental commercial construction contracts. RJS specializes in roofing maintenance, re-roofs, recover roof systems and all aspects of general contracting including, but not limited to: exterior restoration, interior renovation, tenant build outs, remodels, and additions. RJS self-performs roofing, exterior restoration, waterproofing, concrete flatwork and paving, and interior trade work, windows, storefronts and glazing.
