Derek Olivier is a licensed Real Estate Broker with more than fifteen years’ experience in the South Florida real estate market. Before founding One Market Real Estate, he worked as a realtor for several large real estate firms including Coldwell Banker in North Palm Beach. He also served as a Comptroller with a real estate developer in Coral Gables and as the Director of Financial Reporting for a real estate developer in Boca Raton. Derek holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Stetson University. His unique work experience in the industry has shaped him into an excellent leader with an astute understanding in various aspects of real estate and finance. Derek is a master of negotiation. He is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and over everything else, he always puts his customers first.
