OBITO LLC

Capabilities

OBITO LLC provides production data engineering for systems whose output drives payment, eligibility and compliance decisions. We integrate federal and operational data sources, validate them to a documented standard, and find the defects that let a working system produce wrong output undetected. Services: pipeline development, ETL and data conversion, multi-source reconciliation, deduplication and entity resolution, schema design and constraint enforcement, automated validation gates, business-rule engines, REST API development, root-cause analysis and production support. On a county public health program we integrated Census Bureau ACS products across all 70 ZIP Code Tabulation Areas of Erie County, NY, with zero missing values, zero duplicates and zero integrity errors. For a telecom client we diagnosed a 55x duplication defect undetected in production, eliminating 181,515 duplicate rows. Python first. Uncleared work only.
