Love Theory Wellness is a minority woman-owned wellness business now based in Chicago,IL. We provide yoga, mindfulness, meditation, stress management and emotional intelligence training programs. We deliver customized wellness solutions for corporations, schools, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and community groups. Services include traditional yoga instruction, burn-out and stress management workshops, mindfulness and meditation facilitation, emotional intelligence training, as well as specialized senior programming(ex. chair yoga). Our founder holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, a nationally recognized Yoga Instructor Certification, and maintains full business insurance. We specialize in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed practices, with over 10 years experience serving diverse and at-risk populations.
