Lifestyle Management Counseling (LMCC) seeks to provide comprehensive mental health and behavioral health services. Our fully licensed clinician provides outpatient services to individuals, couples and families either in person or through a live, HIPAA secure, video platform. LMCC has nearly 10 years’ experience in the areas of diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, continuity of after-care, and program management. Serving a diverse clientele, this woman-owned and minority-owned provider utilizes a solution-focused brief therapy model with noted progress in 6 sessions or less. Additional services include, but are not limited to: supervision to registered Florida and Georgia-based interns, psycho-educational workshops, group therapy, clinical training and consultation, as well as professional training and development.
