HMS Designs, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that was started early 2018. We are a Florida state Limited Liability Corporation. HMS Designs is 100% veteran owned and operated by Matthew Key and Hope Key. Both are service disabled veterans and former Non-Commissioned Officers of the United States Army. HMS Designs owners both have MBA's in Human Resources and Project management combined with over 25 years of experience working with the United States Government. Our experience includes Commercial distribution, human resources/staffing, manufacturing, materials procurement and acquisition, contract proposal/negotiation, healthcare management, and Information Technology/Securities.
