ForgeLab Innovations LLC is a defense technology R&D and distributed manufacturing company headquartered in Alexandria, VA with an 18-bay, 14,000 sq ft manufacturing network in Plant City, FL. We develop edge-native sensor fusion platforms for dismounted soldier situational awareness in DDIL environments, including body-worn physiological monitoring, weapon-mounted intelligence systems, and autonomous mesh networking. Our ARES platform delivers real-time squad-level data fusion with zero cloud dependency. ForgeLab holds 15 provisional patents across 7 families, an FFL Type 07 manufacturer's license, active ITAR/DDTC registration, and CAGE code 1AUC5. Manufacturing capabilities include MIG/TIG welding (AWS D1.1 certified), CNC plasma cutting, metal shaping and fabrication, and ruggedized electronics assembly.
