Florida International Consulting Engineers design, Inc (FICE Design) is a certified Small Business Enterprise in the state of Florida, based in Delray Beach. FICE Design provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and civil professional engineering services. We assist clients in the planning, permitting, design and construction oversight of both private and public projects. Such projects include presidential and public buildings, institutional, industrial and sanitary facilities, roadways and site development. FICE Design was established and incorporated as an S-Corporation in the state of Florida in September 2013 by James Khalil, P.E. James Burphy, P.E., President and James Khalil. P.E., Vice President, each have over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.
