FL Semiconductor LLC (FLSEMI) designs and integrates resilient wireless sensing and control networks for industrial, infrastructure and mission-critical environments. FLSEMI's founder wrote the company's ETSI DECT NR+ (DECT-2020 NR) MAC, DLC and CVG protocol stack in Florida; it is licensed as source code and runs on Nordic nRF9151 silicon, forming networks with no core network, base station, SIM or subscription. FLSEMI also supplies Bluetooth Mesh / Networked Lighting Control with self-powered, battery-free switches; the ER0/ER0S EdgeBox, bridging Modbus RTU/TCP, 0-10 V and PoE field devices to building-management and cloud systems; and uncooled 640x512 LWIR (VOx) thermal camera cores over USB. Energy-harvesting hardware runs battery-free for 10+ years. Bluetooth Mesh and lighting products are deployed in semiconductor fabs, highway infrastructure and campus lighting. DECT NR+ performance is verified over the air on production silicon in a lab; no outdoor range campaign has been run.
