FINO Advising LLC empowers public agencies, school districts, and health institutions with Self-leadership circles, coaching, and training rooted in transformational coaching, Internal Family Systems, and inner systems work. We focus on equipping leaders, teams, and staff to access resilience, clarity, and relational integrity under stress and transformation. Our cohort model (Self-leadership Circles) combines peer learning, practice, and integration, enabling sustainable capacity building beyond workshop delivery. We embed evaluation and outcome tools (pulse surveys, micro-habit trackers, integration check-ins) so agencies can measure behavioral shifts and performance impact. Our past engagements include coaching CDC staff, mentoring for Nasdaq Org's entrepreneurial programs, and securing an approved vendor role with Humble ISD. FINO is set to partner with government and education systems seeking transformative coaching that is both soulful and scalable.
