Diversified-IT is a Certified Service Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) that focuses on the people side of large Enterprise Resource Planning business transformation projects. We work with the SAP (including S/4HANA), Oracle, and Workday software solutions. We also have experience with EHR systems. It is important to deploy custom Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training solutions. Our deliverables align, engage, and educate stakeholders, designed to garner buy-in from leadership to supply chain personnel, resulting in higher user adoption. We typically deploy a blended training delivery, developing robust e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training. Select toolsets used include Articulate, Enable Now, and Captivate. We deliver practical training (say “NO” to 100’s of PPT slides) that truly resonates, contributing to successful go-lives.
