D Group Enterprise provides in-person and virtual trainings to meet the demands of the workforce, mentors, offenders, and those reentering society. The services include a curriculum and self help guides that target life-skills, behaviors, disabilities, and language access for reasonable modifications and accommodations. When race/gender neutral services are delivered to special populations and others, it will allow the tool of self-identifying disabilities to assess behaviors.
