Cx4b is based on experience and built relationships that have resulted from nearly 60 years of combined consulting engineering experience. The foundation is quality engineering and expert commissioning coupled with focused customer service. Cx4b has the capability of meeting the engineering needs of almost any facility type. In addition to Commissioning, Cx4b will work with clients, owners and contractors on major equipment replacements, such as chillers, towers, pumps and air handling units. Cx4b is also equipped to assist in root cause and origin evaluations for high humidity and/or mold growth. Evaluations of existing equipment and system design can uncover underlying deficiencies that are responsible for undesirable affects. Cx4b has relationships with contractors and multiple equipment vendors to provide the best, economical fit for all equipment replacements.
