Blue Cord’s focus encompasses design-build, general construction and construction management, for government/healthcare/education in Florida. Our capability includes efforts from $500,000-$10,000,000. We are experienced in after-hours work to minimize disruption; construction area containment; federal prevailing wages; communication with project management staff; zero accidents/work loss; reporting/payment in various systems; OSHA requirements; infection control; air quality, and various security requirements. Blue Cord’s Principal Owner is a Service Disabled Veteran, Florida-licensed Commercial General Contractor, and LEED AP. Our construction staff is certified in QA/QC by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Our clients include NASA, Dept. of Veterans Affairs, and Orange County (FL) government. We are located in Central Florida and are a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) by the Center for Veterans Enterprise and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
