Alight Yoga LLC empowers individuals, groups, and organizations to realize their highest health through regular yoga practice tailored to the unique needs and personal goals of each body. Yogini, traveler, writer, and passionate student of life, Alight owner and founder Andrea 'Andie' Kramer (YA RYT 500) has unrolled her mat in 15 countries and at least as many states since her yoga journey began in 2013. She initially came to the practice to make peace between her mind and body while recovering from disordered eating and a life driven by achievement. What she found was both a powerful tool for self-healing and a profound vehicle for self-discovery. As spouse to an active-duty U.S. Army officer, Andie is also passionate about serving the military and veteran communities: she holds a Level II teaching certification from Warriors at Ease and is skilled in sharing adaptive yoga with survivors of both physical and emotional polytrauma.
