Open Semantics Foundation provides GRIT (Grounded Relational Intelligence Transcriber), an LLM-enabled document exploitation capability for large-scale analytic archives. GRIT converts narrative reporting into structured, auditable evidence matrices with source provenance, actor-action-target relations, modality, dates, locations, and analytic tags preserved. It supports cross-document retrieval, weak-signal amplification, contradiction detection, intelligence-gap identification, and analyst-reviewable reporting with traceability back to original source material. GRIT is designed for rapid archive exploitation, selectable analytic granularity, provenance-preserving AI support, and evidence-based decision workflows. Pilot deliverables include an unclassified archive demonstration, evidence-traceable retrieval workflow, analyst review package, and source-grounded final report export.
