PolarStar Engineering & Machine manufactures our own multi-patented high precision electro, and mechanical-pneumatic, projectile launching systems for the airsoft community. We use Siemen’s NX CAD/CAM software to design our products, and to provide design, engineering, and prototyping services for our clients from “art to part”. We also offer our clients the option to produce their parts in small to very large quantities using our state of the art CNC machinery. Our manufacturing engineering expertise optimizes our clients designs so they can be manufactured in the most cost effective manner possible. Our manufacturing staff of Toolmakers, Machinists, and Assembly Technicians ensures ultimate precision and quality control whether it’s a unique “one-off” specialty part, or a full production part run. Operating under the auspices of the Delaware Assn. of Professional Engineers, we retain a Professional Engineer on staff to certify all design and engineering standards.
