WhitworthKee Consulting, LLC Capabilities Statement Problem Statement and Solution to the Problem: A November 12, 2015 U.S. Department of Education press release discussed the importance of education in an increasingly global, knowledge-based economy. With this need for knowledgeable workers comes new requirements for innovative educational programs, an understanding of the effectiveness of existing programs and new thought leadership from all educational providers and other government agencies. The support and implementation of these new educational mission goals will come from both public and private resources.
