Susan Grimes Associates, Inc. (SGA), has since 1985 provided expertise to the Federal government in the field of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). Projects undertaken by SGA include the successful investigation of thousands of EEO complaints of discrimination and other specialized factfindings, EEO counseling, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, grievance examination, training, writing acceptance/rejection packages, preparation of final agency decisions or position statements and preparation of settlement agreements. We have served as advisors to EEO offices in all areas of compliance and have rendered opinions on all types of prohibited personnel practices.
