Orvos Communications is a WOSB that provides professional editorial services—including writing, editing, proofreading, fact and reference checking, and graphic design—to clients who need help communicating clearly about medicine and health care. We excel at developing content that makes sense of science, whether your audience is physicians, allied health professionals, or consumers. Clients have access to a team of professionals that includes writers, editors (medical and scientific), proofreaders, a graphic designer, and a transcriptionist. Each of them has worked in the field of medical communications for decades. They have substantial familiarity with subject matter as diverse as ob/gyn, oncology, HIV/AIDS, urology, cardiology, pulmonology, urgent care, managed care, telehealth, and medical technology. We have past performance as a subcontractor to Westat for writing and editing of NHLBI's asthma guidelines and as a prime contractor for FCC on a scientific meeting report.
