Orchestrated Biosciences LLC (Cromwell, CT) develops DrugAdopt, an AI-agent software platform that reanalyzes public genomic, molecular, and clinical trial data to identify and validate patient-selection biomarkers for drug development. It combines automated literature and database search with primary-data reanalysis, statistical validation, and independent review, producing cited, reproducible evidence reports. This de-risks drug development by identifying which patients are most likely to benefit from a treatment, reducing costly late-stage trial failures.
