Liuzzi Cheese manufacturers over 250 SKUs / items covering mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, and other specialty fresh / aged Italian cheeses. Liuzzi Cheese has over 500 customers operating in the food service and retail sectors who are predominately located in the Northeast. The Company’s annual gross sales, surpassing $28 million, yield over 6 million lbs. of manufactured cheese products. The Company's headquarters and cheese manufacturing operations are located in a 32,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility in Hamden, Connecticut. The Company currently has 111 employees, of which 110 are full-time, all of which work in Hamden, CT. NDR Liuzzi LLC, a limited liability company, initially formed in 2006, is organized in the state of Delaware.
