Mercy Pediatrics is a private pediatric practice that support the city of Naugatuck and surrounding areas. We provide healthcare to low income families and school children. We are an group of Advanced Nurse Practitioners (APRN) specializing in Family Medicine of all ages. We have expanded our practice to incorporate 2,000 pediatric patients to date. We have hired more staff and another APRN. Our practice opened its doors January 2023 and within three weeks we cared for over sixty children. There is a minute number of pediatric practices in this community, as a result we aim to hire qualified staff who are trained in their roles and clinical expertise to provide care. We are currently utilizing a pediatric specific EMR called Athena and advertising through Remedy Connect with 24 hour on call services. McKesson and Henry Shein provide our supplies for medical supplies.These government assisted grants and programs will allow us to support the community with overall healthcare needs.
